FBCZ series coal mine explosion-proof extractive axial fan (referred to as coal mine explosion-proof fan) is a coal mine explosion-proof axial fan developed successfully in combination with the ventilation network parameters of small and medium-sized coal mines. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and low noise, and is a fan dedicated to small and medium-sized coal mines as the main fan. The materials used in FBCZ series coal mine explosion-proof extractive axial fan have passed the friction spark test of Chongqing Branch of Chinese Academy of Coal Sciences, and have reached the explosion-proof requirements. The explosion-proof performance of the whole machine has passed the explosion-proof test of the National Explosion-proof Electrical Product Quality Test Center.
Key features:
1. The use of motor and impeller fan directly connected to the simplest transmission structure, changed the current coal mine extraction axial flow ventilation and all the use of belt drive or long axis drive complex structure, conducive to operation and maintenance.
2. FBCZ series coal mine explosion-proof extraction type axial flow fan is installed outside the motor with a closed heat dissipation cover and air pressure balance pipe with a certain compressive strength, so that the motor can always run in gas-free air and meet the requirements of relevant explosion-proof regulations in coal mines.
3. FBCZ series coal mine explosion-proof extraction axial flow fan is a single-stage working wheel structure, and the rear guide vane is set between the fan and the diffusion to improve the static pressure efficiency.
4. The fan can reverse the anti-wind, and its anti-wind volume can reach 65% ~ 85% of the positive air volume. There is no need to set up another anti-wind duct, which has the advantages of saving infrastructure investment and fast anti-wind speed.
5. The blade installation angle of the impeller can be adjusted, and the blade angle can be adjusted according to the requirements of production. The fan adopts special design, the performance curve has no hump, and can operate stably under any network resistance.
