Features
The tunnel axial flow fan is composed of three sections: the import silencer (air collector, rectifier, flow guard, silencer); the fan section (casing part, impeller part, motor); the outlet silencer section (rectifier, deflector, silencer).
1. Impeller part: It consists of blades and hub. The hub is made of ZG230~450 cast steel. The blades are made of ZL104 aluminum-silicon alloy precision casting. The adjustable airfoil-shaped blades, blade roots and tails are designed and manufactured. The technology, casting and processing have all been sufficiently strengthened, and the installation angle can be adjusted according to different performance parameter requirements. The adjustment method is to keep the impeller in a stationary state after shutdown and adjust the blades one by one. The impeller has undergone strict static and dynamic balance correction, and the over-speed test runs smoothly and reliably.
2. Chassis: Welded from ordinary steel plates, the inner cylinder is equipped with cross-welded stationary rear guide vanes and has been treated to eliminate welding stress.
3. Muffler: Based on the sound spectrum characteristics of this series of fans, it is designed using galvanized steel plates, perforated plates, sound-absorbing materials, volute plates, and deflectors, and effectively controls the air flow dynamic noise and radiated sound.
4. Motor: Specially designed and manufactured, it is suitable for operating requirements at an altitude of 3500m. Its operating voltage is 380V, frequency is 50Hz, insulation level is F, and protection level is IP54. The bearings adopt SKF bearings imported from Sweden, which can withstand two-way loads and can operate continuously for a long time without maintenance.
