9-19 high-pressure centrifugal fan is generally used for forging furnace and high pressure forced ventilation, and it‘s also widely used for conveying materials, air and non-corrosive, unnatural, not explosive, not volatile, Material gas. The medium temperature is generally no more than 50 ℃ (maximum no more than 80 ℃), the media dust and hard particles is not greater than 150mg / m3.

Machine Structure
№4-6.3 is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, bracket, etc.; №7-16 is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, etc.
Impeller: Type 9-19 fan has 12 blades, which are forward curved blades. The maximum peripheral speed of the impeller diffuser outer edge does not exceed 140m/s. After the impeller is formed, it is statically and dynamically balanced and corrected, so it runs smoothly.
Chassis: made of ordinary steel plates welded into a whole volute shell.
Air inlet: It is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure and is fixed to the front cover group with bolts.
Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The overall structure of the bearing box adopts rolling bearings and is lubricated with bearing grease. The bearing box is equipped with a cooling water outlet. The user can choose to use it if conditions permit. It is recommended that the user use it at high speed (≥1000rpm or high temperature ≥80 ℃), use water circulation cooling.
